RETURN AND EXCHANGE 

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you of refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed on your original payment method within business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us.

 

You have 10 days from receipt of your item to request a return as part of our 10-day return policy.

 

Eligibility for a return requires that the item be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also necessary.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

 

Check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

Certain items are not eligible for return, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom or personalized products, and personal care items. Returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us with questions about specific items.

 

Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

 

EXCHANGES

 

For exchanges, return the unwanted item and place a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.
